• Q: Will you ship internationally?
• A: We ship inside the United States and Canada only, inquires about shipping elsewhere will not be answered.

• Q: Why do I have to wait for the auction to end when I am ready to buy it now?
• A: We don't end auctions early or place Buy-It-Now prices on any auctions that are currently listed on eBay.

• Q: I am looking at a "Buy-It-Now listing and it says "Immediate Payment Required", how does that work?
• A: Immediate Payment Required has been established by eBay to help eliminate non-paying bidders. When you click the "Buy-It-Now" button you will be taken to your paypal account to pay for the item immediately. If you do not pay for the item then the listing will not end and you will not be obligated to the NPS Store whatsoever.

• Q: I want to purchase multiple items do you combine shipping?
• A: Yes, we offer combined shipping on up to 5 items purchased in a 14 day period. After you are done bidding please send us an email and we will send you an invoice via ebay.
